If you would like to request a refund within the first 48 hours of your purchase, please contact our support team at support@lindarachelboutique.com.
You may also open a dispute directly through your Whop account. To do this, log in to Whop and select "Open Dispute" instead of filing a chargeback with your bank.
Opening a dispute through Whop allows for a faster resolution process. Bank chargebacks can take months to process, while disputes handled through Whop are typically reviewed and resolved more quickly.
To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include your order number and the email address used for your purchase when contacting support.
We strongly recommend contacting us directly trough email or using Whop's dispute system for the fastest support experience.

Return Instructions
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this timeframe cannot be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@lindarachelboutique.com. We will provide step-by-step instructions for completing your return.
Before returning your item(s), please ensure:
- The item has not been worn, used, or washed.
- All original tags remain attached.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
Please pack your parcel securely and ship it using a reliable courier service. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Restocking Policy
Linda & Rachel Boutique does not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving the return.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, please contact support@lindarachelboutique.com and include your order number and product details. Exchanges can be arranged within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and includes all original tags. Our team will assist you throughout the exchange process.
Order Cancellations and Damaged Items
Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, please contact support@lindarachelboutique.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@lindarachelboutique.com as soon as possible and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and verified by our team, Donna's Dresses will cover any applicable return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Please note that minor variations are not considered defects. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight differences in measurements (up to approximately 2 cm / 0.8 inches), fit, fabric texture, stitching, embellishment placement, color appearance, and minor wrinkles or loose threads from packaging and shipping may occur. These variations are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not qualify for a replacement or refund under this policy.
Only items with verified damage, significant manufacturing defects, or fulfillment errors (such as receiving the wrong product, size, or color) are eligible for replacement or refund.
